Our Directors

Ms. Enma Webber, Co-founder and Executive Director of the Montessori Academy of South Tampa, holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from UNIFE University of Lima, Peru, and is a Certified Montessori Teacher in Early Childhood and Elementary up to 12 Years. Her certifications are held from the American Montessori Society (AMS), the National Center for Montessori Elementary Education (NCME), and the St. Nicholas Training Center (London, England). Ms. Enma has over three decades of teaching experience in both traditional and private school settings. She is also tri-lingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She was the Co-founder and Director of the Montessori Academy of Carrollwood for 11 years.

 

Ms. Ashley Groves, Administrative Director of the Montessori Academy of South Tampa, was a Montessori child herself through her Elementary years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Forensic Psychology. Her love for the Montessori method started when she was a young child and grew in 2012 when she had the opportunity to work in a Montessori classroom as a Teaching Assistant at the Montessori Academy of Carrollwood. In 2016, she joined the administrative team at the Montessori Academy of South Tampa. She later received her National Child Development Associate (CDA) and her Florida Director’s Credential.
